The Managing Committee of KONCAB, in its meeting held on July 06, 2024 has decided to hold the Annual General Body Meeting of the Association on August 04, 2024 at 10.00 a.m. at Konkan Samudai Bhavan, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore – 560 043.
Notice is hereby given that the 32nd Annual General Body Meeting of the Association will be held on Sunday, August 04, 2024 at 10.00 a.m. at Konkan Samudai Bhavan, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore – 560 043 to transact the following business.
PROGRAMME
- 8.00 a.m. – Mass in Konkani
- 9.00 a.m. – Breakfast
- 10.00 a.m. – Annual General Body Meeting in Konkan Samudai Bhavan, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore – 560 043.
AGENDA
- Prayer
- Welcome by the President
- To approve the Secretary’s Report for the year 2023-24
- To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2024
- To appoint Auditor for the year 2024-25 and fix his remuneration
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
